We design participation so attendees can understand your offering, speak with your representatives, and explore how it may apply to their businesses.

Prime-Time Stage Presence

The organization will have 20 minutes on stage during the event's first block, a prominent time in the program.

05 — HER Studio
Stories & Production
An audiovisual production dedicated to presenting your organization's vision, leadership, and solutions to internationally minded businesswomen.
Recording crew included for a session of up to two hours.
Participation by up to two company representatives.
Interview topics and format will be developed together to connect your representatives' experience with the audience's needs.
The two hours refer to the recording session. The length of final pieces, edited deliverables, and usage rights will be specified in the production plan.
06 — HER Privé
An Exclusive Media Gathering
November 11, 2026 · 9:00 a.m.
A private gathering and press conference to present the HER Forum vision to the media and selected guests.
Invitations included for the organization: 2.
An occasion to join conversations and build relationships before the Forum.
Institutional participation will be announced as confirmed.
07 — A Select Partnership

Each HER Forum edition offers only two HER Legacy positions.
The organization will be recognized as a HER Legacy Partner, in a category combining prominent stage participation, interviews, and access to HER's in-person experiences.
